Get The Layered Jute Rug Look

One way to add great depth and texture to a space is through layered area rugs. Starting with a solid jute or sisal area rug can provide the perfect base rug that is neutral and versatile to all styles that you can then pair with a different style of rug, layered atop.

As far as size goes, you can go for one size slightly smaller for the topper rug, where you will still have the larger jute rug displayed underneath. You can also go for a smaller topper rug size for a bolder color or style that you don’t want to overpower the room too much.

I’m sharing some great jute rug layered combinations below that can be styled anywhere you want to create a more layered look to a space — living room, dining room, office, the possibilities are endless.
