How long will the e-design process take?

 Once I receive all the needed info from your end (Style Questionnaire submitted, room photos, and room measurements, payment from your selected e-design service online), I will begin the design process, creating a design concept to initially present to you. From there, it will take 1-2 weeks for you to receive the final e-design package.

How do I go about measuring my room?

After completing the Style Questionnaire, look out for a Welcome email from me that will include a handy measuring guide and how many photos I will need of your room. You will then be able to email both back to me.

I’d like to redecorate my room, but still keep some of my existing pieces in the new design. Can you work with that?

Definitely. Liven Design’s e-design service can work to furnish a room completely or update and add to one already in existence. You indicate what you want to keep and we will incorporate those into the new design.

What if I don’t know what my style is?

The Style Questionnaire will help to narrow down on what your preferred style is, but if you aren’t sure, you can also select “Not Sure”. We will work together to figure out what you like, any ideas you have, colors you love, and find visual inspiration to help hone in on your style, which will help hone in on the planned vision for the space.

What if I want to make some changes to the design board ?

We will be in communication all along the way and will ensure you love the planned vision board before it is finalized into a room and delivered to you. You can have up to 3 edits to your design board so you are happy and confident it meets your vision and budget before your final e-design is delivered to you.

What retailers will the products be selected from?

Liven Design shops from a wide-array of home furnishing and furniture retailers. Upon completing your Style Questionnaire, you will be able to specify any favorite retailers you love.

Will I be able to directly purchase the items selected?

Yes. All the items selected for your e-design will be accessible from the Shopping List included in your e-design package with shoppable links to take you directly to the product.

What if the products are sold out at the time I go to purchase it?

If you find something sold out, contact me and I will work to find a suitable, equivalent alternative that I will send to you at no additional charge. With that being said, it is worth stating that the availability of any products will differ greatly the longer time goes on, as retail is always evolving season to season with differing product offerings and availability. Planning on purchasing soon after receiving your final e-design will be the most ideal way to ensure availability of all your selected products.
