E-Design Terms of Service

Liven Design's E-Design Service is an online only design service.

• All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of the home and not intended for construction purposes.

• Liven Design will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the E-Design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the E- Design project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

• As an online service, all communication for E-Design will be done so through email with client.

• Client understands service begins once receipt of payment and the completed E-Design Questionnaire form are received by Liven Design. Thereafter, Liven Design will reach out via email to client to request room measurements and photos.

• Clients must agree to these terms by completing the Design Questionnaire form before any e-design service will start.
