Power Staging Mini Makeover

Consultation (1-1.5 hrs) + 1/2 Day of staging (up to 4 hrs)

With this service, we will work together to “liven up” the main areas of your home with a mini makeover. Your house will have a bold new confidence when we’re done with it. If you find the process of preparing your home to sell daunting and overwhelming, then this service is ideal for you. This service is all about rolling up our sleeves, following the Home Evaluation Plan, & working together to start staging the main areas of the home.

This service will include up to 1.5 hours prior to staging day to prep and plan and up to 4 hours in the home staging and will cover:

  • kitchen staging & organizational strategies

  • main living area staging & emotional connection point set up

  • main bathroom design

  • if time permits, we will tackle other key living areas that will ensure visual appeal to buyers

  • bringing in essential staging accessories to give you a visual shopping list of what to purchase for modernizing & setting the stage for buyers to fall in love

  • accessory rental available

By the end of this service, you will have received:

  • a Home Evaluation Plan during the consultation for you to complete prior to the staging day

  • a packing up list for any items needing to be packed away for the time being staged to sell

  • a day spent with you in your home, making your home ready to sell

  • photographing many rooms to help maximize buyer traffic

    • this is an added bonus, especially if your home is already on the market and needs beautiful, updated photos to showcase your staged home within listings

    • If your home is not on the market yet, and you are planning on professional MLS photos being taken, this staging service is critical prior to that. While staging each room, we will also be styling them for maximum photo impact, which will only aid in the beautiful outcome of your photos.

Cost: $550 ($150 Consultation + $400 Staging Mini-Makeover)

Up to 4 hours in the home, each additional hours reverts to $100 hourly rate. House must be cleaned and ready prior to stager arrival.
